Role Responsibilities

As a CSA you will own communications with Credly’s users and work with the team to implement services and solutions to ensure their success. You will serve as the principal point of contact for all Credly end-users with responsibility for developing and maintaining complete, up-to-date, user-related documentation, including knowledge base articles. You will advocate on behalf of our end users and coordinate with various stakeholders to clarify their requirements.

You will also assist our Customer Success team, including but not limited to, account management and maintenance of partner programs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on broad role that requires high levels of professional communication skills combined with technical, analytical, operational, and creative capabilities to coordinate activities across multiple tools simultaneously. Time management, stress management, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a healthy sense of humor will help you succeed in this role.

Role Summary

Customer Support - 80%

  • Respond to day-to-day support requests
  • Manage account escalations as needed
  • Monitor customer engagement
  • Maintain training and support documentation
  • Escalate software or service issues
  • Be an advocate on behalf of our customers to inform service Credly product development.

Customer Success Support - 20%

  • Assist with setting up new clients.
  • Assist with the issuing of digital credentials.
  • Assist with data reviews and producing insights.
